YB13S is an upgraded version of MDI CAN instrument, which is compatible with DALA MDI CAN series instruments and can be customized with hardware and software according to customers' needs.
This series vehicle instrument is based on CAN communication, displays vehicle speed, power, hour meter, speed mode, fault code and other information by communicating with the vehicle, and has the advantages of timely communication, real-time display, and high visualization.
The meter is connected to the controller via a simple wiring harness, with no necessarity to connect with battery. Such a simple connection reduces both the cost of the wiring harness and the installation time.
YB13S has a one-way CAN bus interface that allows it to work with other electrical devices in the same CAN bus network and exchange information with other electrical devices via the CAN bus.
A termination resistor is built in the instrument, i.e. there is a 120Ω resistor between CANH and CANL (A5 and A6 are shorted). Therefore the instrument can be used as a terminal module in a CAN network.
Note: If YB13S does not receive CAN message for a certain period of time, it will display the fault "NO CAN MASSAGE", and when CAN message is received again, the fault will disappear.
The outlook design is beautiful and elegant, with unique and eye-catching operating instructions and alarm icons. The LED warning lighting on the front outer ring sends a clear signal of vehicle status to the driver; The fault code prompts will indicate the sources of the faults (traction, pump, steering), analyze the causes of the faults, and solve the problems timely and efficiently; thus high efficient human-computer interaction can be achieved by feeding the driver about visual information including current speed, hour meter, BDI, operating mode and others.
icons | Descriptions | ||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|
BDI | Displays the remaining battery charge, when the battery is low, the BDI icon bar is in red color. | ||||
Fault Code | Display the fault code of the current fault node (controller), when multiple faults occur, the fault codes will be displayed cyclically with an interval of 1s. | ||||
Performance Mode | Turtle icon indicates low-speed mode. | ||||
Service Mode | When a system fault is detected, the service icon appears along with the fault code and the LED alarm light is red. | ||||
Hour Meter | The digits indicates the current vehicle's cumulative power-on time, in h. | ||||
Alarm Light | The alarm light is green at normal, it will turn red when a system failure is detected. | ||||
Speedometer | Displays the current vehicle speed, in Km/h. |
